Very light spotting feeling very bloated miss taking my morning geritol pill dealing with the illness of both my grandparents they are in the hospital. Sooo stress level to the make I'm trying my best not to stress to much. I wanted to try the stress relief soap before bed to see if that helps oh and on my bnb thread a lady suggested using 100% greapfruit juice to help with cm about a cup a day. I dnt know if I can find that so I will be getting some grapfruits from my local food market and just eat half a greatfruit a day well that's my update ttyl GL and Baby Dust to all

Symptoms for today include

Bloating, cramps, sleepy, headache

I took the geritol tonic this morning and when I get off from work I will take the gertiol complete pill form

Temp was 97.33

Did not sleep well and crazy dreams here lately

af Is here today.

Had some spotting when I check cp very little and really pink yesterday. so with that being said on to cycle #3

This cycle I will be taking a more relax approach I still will be temping, Opks and checking CP.
